降低内燃装卸机械油耗措施的探讨

在设备运用统计分析工作实践中,针对南京货运中心2013年下半年装卸机械作业燃油消耗统计,发现油耗占生产成本比例高、且各经营部的油耗差距大,通过前期调研分析造成差距具体原因,从成立小组、攻关创效、提升技能、把控全程、改善设备、加强协调等6个方面剖析降低燃油消耗的具体实施措施,再对比2014年上半年机械作业燃油消耗的统计,并分析财务支出数据,反映节支创效成果较显著,已经产生成本大幅降低、质量整体提升、效率明显提高等良好经济与社会效益。 In the statistical analysis of equipment utilization, according to the fuel consumption statistics of loading and unloading machinery operations in Nanjing Cargo Center in the second half of 2013, it was found that the fuel consumption accounted for a high proportion of production costs and the fuel consumption gap among various operating departments was large.
