我国ODS替代品既有出口也有进口,出口量大于进口量。加入WTO后,我国ODS替代品行业虽会受到一定冲击,但弊小利大。其中,目前我国不少ODS替代品70％左右产量销往国外的态势可望继续,可能受到冲击的品种是目前进口量较大的HFC-134a和HCFC-123。总体来说,加入WTO将会给我国发展ODS替代品提供一个良好的发展机遇。
China’s ODS substitutes have both export and import, and the export volume is greater than the import volume. After China’s accession to the WTO, although China’s ODS substitutes industry will be subject to certain shocks, it will have little advantages and disadvantages. Among them, at present, about 70% of the ODS substitute products sold in China are sold abroad. It is expected that the trend of the export of many ODS substitutes abroad will continue. The varieties that may be affected are the HFC-134a and HCFC-123 that currently have large import volumes. In general, accession to the WTO will provide China with a good opportunity for the development of alternatives to ODS.
