近几年,我都从事低年级语文教学,低年级的孩子活泼好动,喜欢游戏,喜爱玩乐。给加点“规矩”吧,那样的课堂又如一潭死水,毫无生机;给自由发挥的空间吧,他们立即“给点阳光就灿烂”。的确是这样。说实话,我对此也曾有过抱怨,有过困惑,有过迷茫。在困惑和迷茫中我虚心请教,博采众才,不断努力探索既顺应儿童的天性又保证课堂实效的“快乐、精彩”的语文课堂。孩子们的激情和潜力是无限的,只是深藏在内心深处。只要我们用细心、信心、童心和恒心去激发,孩子们就会热情奔放,活力四射,带给你连连惊喜不说,也会让你感觉到了一种境界:孩子是快乐的,你是幸福的。
