一般作容量分析时,常以肉眼观察指示剂的顏色变化来判断終点,但有时遇到样品顏色过深或溶液混浊,則終点观察就会发生困难。此时需要采用其他方法来显示,一般常用电位測定法,利用滴定終点二电极間产生电位跃变,再借检流計偏轉来表达。但灵敏的检流計价格比較昂貴,并且容易損坏。近来的趋势,采用电眼管来替代检流計,这样非但經济耐用,并且能簡化操作,避免了使用检流計时的連續讀数及绘制曲綫等麻煩。最近我們由于工作上的需要,装制成一架电眼指示器,經試用感到滿意。此仪器除能作电位滴定外,尚可作死停滴定及电泳分析,一物三用,发揮了仪器的利用率,故特介紹于下,其具体綫路見图1。

Recently, due to the needs of our work, we have made an electric eye indicator and are satisfied with the trial. In addition to this instrument can be used for potentiometric titration, still can be used for dead-end titration and electrophoresis analysis, a matter of three, to play the instrument utilization, so special introduction in the next, the specific line shown in Figure 1.
