城市供水是城市建设的重要基础设施之一,供水管网是城市供水基础设施的基础。当前,城市供水成本越来越高、管网漏损居高不下,已经严重制约了供水企业两个效益的发展。因此,如何更好、有效且经济地控制管网漏损,始终是摆在国内外供水行业面前的重要课题。 2001年夏,山西省供水企业汇聚朔州市,就城镇供水减漏降耗工作经验进行了交流探讨。会议明确指出,降低城镇供水管网漏损的关键在于依托科技进步,深入开展技术创新,走科技供水、兴水之路。这也是贯彻落实科教兴国,提高供水企业综合管理水平,最大限度地减漏降耗的根本措施。本文便是结合会议精神,拟从依托科技手段控制管网损耗这一角度出发,提出一些尝试性探索和看法。
Urban water supply is one of the important infrastructure for urban construction, and water distribution network is the foundation of urban water supply infrastructure. At present, the cost of urban water supply is getting higher and higher, and the high leakage of pipe network has severely restricted the development of two benefits for water supply enterprises. Therefore, how to control the pipeline leakage better, effectively and economically has always been an important issue facing the water supply industry at home and abroad. In the summer of 2001, the water supply enterprises in Shanxi Province converged on Shuozhou City to exchange experiences on the experiences of water supply and drainage in urban water supply and consumption reduction. The meeting made it clear that the key to reducing the leakage of urban water supply pipelines lies in relying on scientific and technological progress, deepening technological innovation, and taking the science and technology for water supply and water supply. This is also the basic measure for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, improving the comprehensive management level of water supply enterprises and minimizing leakage and reducing consumption. This article is combined with the spirit of the meeting, intended to relying on scientific and technological means to control the loss of pipe network that point of view, put forward some tentative exploration and opinion.
