近年来,有很多关于激光熔覆表面改性的研究,重点研究对象是表面裂纹,这也是激光熔覆技术的一大障碍。为了解决激光熔覆自身缺陷,文中主要从裂纹的产生原因着手,通过查阅国内外文献,着重探讨了防止表面产生裂纹的措施以及未来发展前景,对改善液压元器件等机械零件的性能提供指导意见。
In recent years, there are many studies on the surface modification of laser cladding, the focus of study is surface cracks, which is also a major obstacle to laser cladding technology. In order to solve the defects of laser cladding, the article mainly starts with the causes of cracks. By referring to the domestic and foreign literatures, the measures to prevent cracks on the surface and the future development prospects are discussed emphatically. The guidelines for improving the performance of mechanical components such as hydraulic components are provided .
