应用自行设计的适宜PBV320／7118－α2a工程菌发酵的程序控制和“流加式”培养方法，各连续培养了3批工程菌，产量提高1倍以上，干扰素表达量提高1～3倍。该工艺稳定、简便、省时、省力。
Three batches of engineering bacteria were cultivated in succession by program control and “flow plus” culture method of PBV320 / 7118-α2a engineered bacteria which were designed by ourselves. The yield increased more than 1 time and the expression of interferon increased 1 ~ 3 times. The process is stable, simple, time-saving and labor-saving.
