氟哌啶醇(HAL)是治疗精神分裂症的有效药物。氟哌啶醇的一种代谢产物即降解的氟哌啶醇[4-(4-氯苯)-α-(4-氟苯)-4-羟基-1-哌啶丁醇,RHAL]以相同或高于氟哌啶醇的浓度存在于病人血清中,也具有某些抗精神病活性。因此,同时测定氟哌啶醇和降解的氟哌啶醇浓度是有临床意义的。材料:氟哌啶醇、降解的氟哌啶醇、氯氟哌啶醇、磷酸氢二钾、丙醇-1、乙腈、甲醇、去离子水等。标准制备:制备浓度范围为0.1~10ng/ml的氟哌啶醇与降解的氟哌啶醇血浆标
