手把电焊作业,在整个铁路系统,遍及各个站段现场单位,分局所属以机务段、车辆段工人最多。电弧焊接是借助触点局部产生的6000~10000℃高温熔化金属,使两个部件接合。由于焊条和焊接件在电弧的高温作用下,局部进行着复杂的冶金反应,因而产生的各种有害气体、粉尘、温度和电弧光等多种因素,污染生产环境,共同作用于电焊工的身体,影响电焊工的健康,其中以锰的烟雾危害最大。为贯彻毛主席的“六·二六”指示,贯彻予防为主的方针,积极防治职业危害,我们组织了对遵义机务段电焊间的劳动条件调查,现将调查情况报告如下:
