本文以流量测量为例，介绍了参数测控显示仪的工作原理和电路设计，给出了具体电路及其电路参数。对于可以变换成脉冲输出的被测物理量，均可参考本电路对该参数进行测控显示。
In this paper, taking flow measurement as an example, the working principle and circuit design of parameter measurement and control display instrument are introduced. The specific circuit and its circuit parameters are given. For the measured physical quantity that can be converted into pulse output, it can refer to the circuit to measure and control this parameter.
