我是一名教育战线的老兵,但在教育局长行列中,我却是一名新兵。1976年我被调到旗教育局工作,1984年任副局长,1987年任局长。在教育局工作的16年中,我深深体会到,做为旗教育局长,努力建设一个坚持原则、团结协作、为基层服务的工作班子是至关重要的。离开这一点,个人的本事无论有多大都将一事无成。班子要团结局长是关键局长、副局长必须各自摆正自己的位置。局长是一局之长,需要很好地出主意、用干部。当局长优柔寡断不行,独断专行也不行。副局长是局长的参谋与助手,也必须摆正自己的位置,很好地配合工作,如果一味超越其职责范围说话、办事,必将引起正副职之间、副职与副职之间的矛盾。久而久之,就会造成班子的不团结。
I am a veteran of the education front, but in the rank of Director of Education, I am a recruit. In 1976, I was transferred to the Bureau of Education and worked as a deputy director in 1984 and a director in 1987. During the 16 years of work in the Education Bureau, I deeply realized that it is of utmost importance to serve as the banner education director and strive to build a work team that adheres to principles, unites and cooperates, and serves the grassroots. Leaving this point, no matter how big an individual’s ability will be, nothing will happen. The team must unite the Secretary to be the key director and the deputy director must correct their position. The Secretary is a long-term leader and needs good ideas and cadres. When the Secretary is indecisive, it does not work. The deputy director is the chief of staff and assistant of the Secretary. He must also correct his position and work well with the work. If he only speaks and act in a way that goes beyond the scope of his duties, he will surely cause contradictions between deputy and deputy positions, deputy and deputy positions. Over time, it will cause disunity.
