干嘛都“进军”地产业

近日,有消息称,家电巨头美的集团预备收购顺德的一个大型房地产项目,加大对房地产行业的投资力度。无独有偶,IT 巨头联想控股也在积极拿地,扩大房地产业务。前段时间有传闻称国内通讯业大哥大华为公司有意接手三九集团的房地产业务,还有消息称华为已与深圳某大发展商达成了初步合作协议,准备在地产业一展身手。而在前些天,坊间对于宏观调控对于地产行业的影响议论风生之时,国际投行巨鳄摩根士丹利宣布要扩大进入中国房地产行业的规模,大摩在业界一向被认为是投资稳健,此间,有专业人士称,此举可为中国地产业大有利可图的验证。其实产业资本进入房地产行业并不是从最近开始的,IT 巨子联想在去年成立融科置地,斥资大约30亿元人民币进军房地产业,其前身为联想科技园公司,多年从事联想控股下属企业自有物业的规划建设任务。在积累大量房地产尤其是写字楼宇的开发经验之后,依托母公司联想控股的资源优势与实力支持,于近年开始积极拓展商业化的住宅与写字楼市场领域,开发了融科资讯中心。而一段时间以后,融科置地又牵手在地产市场异军突起的天津顺驰,成立了天津顺驰融科置地有限公司。而炒得沸沸扬扬的温州财团,也称将要进入地产业,据称会直接投资于前期的开发。6月10日,中驰财团主要发起人之一、华通集团董事长李成文坦率承认。成立财团的期始动力来自于房地产业务的需要。 Recently, it was reported that the US home appliance giants Group intends to acquire a large-scale real estate projects in Shunde, increase investment in the real estate industry.
