锻压生产过程中热锻模承受热负荷与机械负荷,锻压设备通过自身能量的大小影响热锻模所受机械负荷;通过自身工作速度与工件变形所需能量的“匹配”情况影响热锻模所受热负荷。本文选取三类典型锻压设备,运用有限元分析软件对汽车前轮毂终锻模锻造过程进行数值模拟,分析不同加载方式对热锻模损伤的影响程度。以上研究表明:合理选择锻造设备可以降低锻模所受负荷,提高锻模使用寿命。

In this paper, three types of typical forging equipment are selected. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the forging process of the final forging die of the automobile front wheel hub. The influence of different loading methods on the damage of the hot forging die is analyzed. The above studies show that: a reasonable choice of forging equipment can reduce the load on forging die and improve forging die life.
