目的:探讨血浆置换疗法对妊娠期急性脂肪肝(AFLP)患者的治疗效果,并总结治疗经验。方法:对2012年1月至今治疗妊娠期急性脂肪肝3例的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果:1例患者临床死亡,胎死腹中,2例经加强治疗3周后病情稳定转入妇产科继续治疗。结论:血浆置换疗法对妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者的康复和提高生活质量具有积极作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange therapy on patients with acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) and to summarize the experience of treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 3 cases of acute fatty liver during pregnancy from January 2012 to present were retrospectively analyzed. Results: One patient was clinically fatal and aborted. Two of them were transferred to obstetrics and gynecology for further treatment after 3 weeks of intensive treatment. Conclusion: Plasma exchange therapy has a positive effect on rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with acute fatty liver during pregnancy.
