小学毕业数学命题应以《大纲》为准绳,以课本为依据,努力体现“加强基础,培养能力,开发智力”的教改精神。几年来,我们在小学毕业数学命题上进行了一些探索,逐渐由单纯考查概念的记忆转到注重概念的理解和运用;由单纯考查计算的准确性转到同时考查计算的灵活性、敏捷性和合理性;由考查应用题的综合计算能力转到同时考查其基本解题思路和发散性思维、创造性思维能力,并进行了部分试题的标准化考试试验。现以部分试题为例,加以说明。一、概念题 1.抓基本概念,考查理解和灵活运用能力。①一根铁棍长4米,平均分成5段,每段铁棍长____米,每段是这根铁棍的____。(通过具体事物考查对分数的意义、分数单位的理解。)
