医疗纠纷是医患关系中客观存在的矛盾,也是临床医疗管理不可避免的问题,处理是否得当,既不侵犯患者的权利,又不对正常医疗秩序和医疗环境产生重大影响;既不造成矛盾升级,又不能使客观主体有不作为的行为;既敢于承担责任,又能妥善处理矛盾。最终达到双方都能理解,都能接受的目的,是医务管理工作者必须具备的能力,也是社会发展对我们的客观要求。
Medical disputes are the objective contradictions in the relationship between doctor and patient, but also the inevitable problems in clinical medical management. Whether the treatment is appropriate or not does not infringe the rights of patients and does not have a significant impact on the normal medical order and medical environment; it does not cause the escalation of contradictions, It can not make the objective subject have any act of omission; dare to take responsibility and properly handle contradictions. Ultimately, the goal that both sides can understand and accept is that they must possess the qualifications that medical management workers must possess and also the objective requirements that social development requires us.
