无环鸟苷(Acyclovir)是一种抗病毒新药,对Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型单疱病毒很有效。在病毒感染的细胞内很活跃,对病毒有特殊的亲和力,而对正常细胞无毒性。局部用药时,对眼的正常上皮有很强的穿透力,能在房水中达到一定的治疗浓度。口服给药,不降解,吸收好,在血中能达到治疗浓度,对眼无毒性。本文报道17例疱疹性角膜基质炎患者用无环鸟苷治疗14天后的结果。给药前询问在21天内有无局部或全身用皮质激素。给药方法:局部用3％无环鸟苷眼膏涂于下穹窿部,每日5次。口服无环鸟苷每日5次,每次400mg。在给药过程中,大多数病人每日复查一次,最少每周2次。
Acyclovir is an anti-virus drug that is effective against type 1 and 2 herpes simplex viruses. In the virus infected cells are very active, have a special affinity for the virus, and non-toxic to normal cells. Topical treatment, the eye of the normal epithelium has a strong penetrating power in the aqueous humor to achieve a certain therapeutic concentration. Oral administration, does not degrade, absorb well, can reach the therapeutic concentration in the blood, non-toxic to the eye. This article reports the results of 17 days after acyclovir treatment of 17 patients with herpes simplex keratitis. Ask for local or systemic corticosteroids within 21 days prior to dosing. Method of administration: Topical 3% acyclovir ointment applied to the lower fornix, 5 times daily. Acyclovir oral 5 times a day, each 400mg. During dosing, most patients are reviewed daily, at least twice weekly.
