为探索新型植物液肥植物动力──2003在我盟生境条件下对饲料作物的增产效果及效益情况，为下一步大面积推广提供依据。1996年于乌盟冷冻站进行了喷施试验。试验表明：喷施植物动力─—2003，冀承单饲料玉米增产幅度为20．2％，每公顷可增效益1752．0元．黄胡萝卜增产幅度为28．4％，每公顷可增效益1703．5元。
