随着我国各个事业单位人事管理制度的不断深入,人力资源管理当中的激励机制显得尤为重要,激励机制的好坏直接影响着整个事业单位工作人员的工作积极性和工作效率。好的激励机制可以充分调动员工的工作热情,提升他们的工作效率。可是就我国目前的情况来看,很多事业单位人力资源管理中的激励机制都存在一定的问题,造成激励机制的作用得不到很好的发挥,同时也会在一定程度上影响员工的工作积极性和工作效率,甚至还会阻碍整个事业单位的稳健发展。鉴于此,本文先对事业单位人力资源管理中的激励机制进行了简要的阐述,分析了管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了解决对策。
With the continuous deepening of personnel management system in various institutions in our country, the incentive mechanism in human resource management is particularly important. The quality of the incentive mechanism directly affects the enthusiasm and efficiency of staff in the entire institution. Good incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to enhance their work efficiency. However, judging from the current situation in our country, there are some problems in the incentive mechanism of human resources management in many public institutions, resulting in the failure of the incentive mechanism to play its role well and to a certain extent affecting the enthusiasm of employees And work efficiency, and even hinder the steady development of the entire institution. In view of this, this article first briefs on the incentive mechanism of human resource management in public institutions, analyzes the problems existing in the management and puts forward the countermeasures.
