序:辽宁省职工文化建设在全国具有代表性。近几年,辽宁省职工文化建设进展迅速,但也存在一些突出问题,如对职工文化在认识上存在误区、在“体制”上存在障碍、制度机制不健全、深度和广度不够以及缺乏资金等。针对问题,报告阐述了职工文化的内涵和外延、职工文化与企业文化的关系,提出了加大经费投入、重视指标量化等对策建议。
Preface: Liaoning Province staff culture construction in the country is representative. In recent years, there has been rapid progress in the staff and workers ’cultural construction in Liaoning Province, but there are also some outstanding problems such as the misunderstanding of the staff and workers’ culture, the obstacles in the “system”, the imperfect institutional mechanisms, the lack of depth and breadth, and the lack of Funds and so on. In response to the questions, the report elaborates the connotation and denotation of employee culture, the relationship between employee culture and corporate culture, and puts forward some countermeasures such as increasing funding, attaching importance to the quantification of indicators, and so on.
