针对目前在供暖空调系统水泵的耗电输冷(热)比EC(H)R的计算中,水泵参数的选取方法各种各样、比较混乱的情况,在明确“水泵的设计流量”、“水泵设计工作点”等概念的基础上,提出了EC(H)R的计算中水泵参数的合理确定方法,并对实际当中存在的各种选取方法进行了评析。同时经过计算和分析指出,水泵的设计工作点与水泵的选型有关。水泵选型越大,水泵实现设计流量时的扬程就越大,水泵扬程中被阀门消耗的部分就越大,能耗就越大,EC(H)R也就越大。
In view of the current calculation of the power consumption cooling (heat) ratio EC (H) R of the heating and air conditioning system pumps, the selection of the pump parameters is various and quite confusing. When it is clear that “the design flow of the pump” , “Pump Design Work Point” and other concepts, a reasonable determination method of pump parameters in EC (H) R calculation was put forward, and various selection methods existed in practice were analyzed. At the same time through the calculation and analysis pointed out that the pump design and pump selection. The bigger the pump size is, the bigger the lift of the pump when realizing the design flow is. The bigger the pump head is consumed by the valve, the greater the energy consumption is and the larger the EC (H) R is.
