T细胞活化过程及其机理的研究是细胞免疫学研究的热门课题。T 细胞活化是T细胞免疫应答早期的重要变化,T 细胞活化过程中的信号传递机理极为复杂。最近研究资料表明,T 细胞活化过程中信号传递除经典的磷脂酰肌醇代谢途径(Phosphatidylinositol metabolism pathway)外,还可通过酪氨酸激酶途径和T 细胞表面多分子参与的旁路途径,这些不同的信号传递途径相互之间存在着密切的关系。随着分子免疫学的发展,T 细胞活化过程中新的信号传递途径不断被发现。本文就T 细胞活化过程中的信号传递途径研究的最新进展作一综述。
The study of T cell activation process and its mechanism is a hot topic in cellular immunology research. T cell activation is an important early stage of T cell immune response, and the mechanism of signal transmission during T cell activation is extremely complex. Recent studies have shown that signal transduction during T cell activation can be mediated by the tyrosine kinase pathway and the alternative pathway of T-cell surface involvement, in addition to the classical Phosphatidylinositol metabolism pathway. There is a close relationship between the signaling pathways. With the development of molecular immunology, new signal transduction pathways have been continuously discovered during T cell activation. This article reviews recent advances in signal transduction pathways in T cell activation.
