以超微处理技术结合微波场协同萃取技术,研究了以超微处理的杏鲍菇粉为原料微波场协同萃取多糖的基础参数。结果表明,此技术可明显提高多糖的产率和纯度。
The basic parameters of synergistic extraction of polysaccharides by ultramicroprocessor-based microwave field extraction were studied. The results show that this technology can significantly improve the yield and purity of polysaccharides.
