本文对我国原始社会时期饮食文明的产生和发展进行了追根溯源,指出对火的自觉应用是最早的“烹饪”活动的开始。随着生产水平的提高,尤其是在农业产生之后,人工种植的谷物逐渐替代渔猎所得的动物成为主要食物。单纯的就火烧烤已经不能适应食材的这一变化,先民们经过艰辛的摸索终于发明出适合炊煮的陶器。作为最早的炊具,这些陶器中已经蕴含着后世炊具设计的一些关键因素。
This paper traced the origins and development of food civilization in the primitive society of our country, and pointed out that the conscious application of fire is the earliest “cooking” activity.
