目的 :以探讨金水宝胶囊清除老年虚证者氧自由基及DNA损伤后修复作用。方法 :将口服金水宝胶囊者列为治疗组 ,服淀粉胶囊者列为阴性药物对照组 ,对老年虚证氧自由基清除及DNA损伤后修复作用进行临床和实验研究。结果 :治疗前青年组SOD活性明显高于老年虚证组 ,MDA含量两组相反 (P <0 .0 1) ;用药后老年虚证治疗组SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量降低 (P <0 .0 1)。对畏寒、头晕、腰膝酸软及夜尿频、耳鸣症状有较好的疗效。动物实验与临床观察一致。老年虚证组治疗前的非程序合成 (UDS)水平明显低于青年组 ,而老年虚证治疗组与阴性对照组在用药前后的改变比较差异性有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;动物实验表明青年鼠组活体脾脏细胞姐妹染色单体互换 (SCE)频率明显低于老龄鼠组 ,金水宝胶囊无诱发SCE的作用。结论 :金水宝胶囊能提高清除氧自由基及DNA损伤后的修复能力。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Jinshuibao Capsule on the removal of oxygen free radicals and DNA damage after elderly deficient patients. Methods: The oral Jinshuibao capsules were included in the treatment group and the starch capsules were included in the negative drug control group. Clinical and experimental studies were conducted on the oxygen radical scavenging and DNA repair after decompensation in the elderly. Results: The SOD activity in the youth group before treatment was significantly higher than that in the elderly group, and the content of MDA was the opposite between the two groups (P <0.01). The SOD activity was increased and the content of MDA was decreased in the treatment group after treatment (P <0. 0 1). For chills, dizziness, Yaoxisuanruan and nocturia, tinnitus symptoms have a good effect. Animal experiments are consistent with clinical observations. The level of unprogrammed synthesis (UDS) before treatment in the elderly deficiency group was significantly lower than that in the young group, but there was a significant difference in the difference between the treatment group before and after treatment and the negative control group (P < 0.01). Animal experiments showed that the frequency of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) in spleen cells of young rats was significantly lower than that of old rats. Jinshuibao capsules did not induce SCE. Conclusion : Jinshuibao Capsule can improve the ability to remove oxygen free radicals and DNA damage.
