为了降低物料出塔温度,保证产品内、外在质量,高塔熔融喷浆造粒塔体设计高度从80 m左右增加到目前的120 m以上,从而带来塔体质量过大、投资增加、能耗增加、产品破碎率高、成本上升等一系列问题。对高塔设计提出几点改进:选用复合材料与钢结构减轻塔体质量;合理设计自然通风孔以减小通风阻力,提高冷却效果;在塔体外设计爬梯安全通道。
