液体菌种有生产周期短、菌龄一致,接于固体培养料发菌快的优点,但是一般都需设备。在没有发酵罐和摇床的情况下怎样生产出液体菌种?笔者曾进行过多次试验,现将一种简易有效的方法介绍如下: (一)母种制备 采用王梓英等的制备法,培养基为杂木屑88%,葡萄糖10%,蛋白栋1%,酵母粉1%,含水55%。装管后轻轻压实,并在中间打一孔再灭菌、接种,一般培养12天左右菌丝即可长满管。 (二)液体原种制备 培养基为玉米粉5.5%(过40目筛),葡萄糖0.5%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硫酸镁0.05%,维生0o.01%。搅拌匀后装入克氏瓶或茄形
