主导价值观的网络传播是微媒体时代发展的必然,也是引领和规范主流价值观的内在要求。政务微博用权威和理性凸显了主导价值观,推动了“意义世界”与“生活世界”的交融,成为“主导”与“主流”融合的有效平台。促进主导价值观与主流价值观的融合与互动,提高政务微博传播主导价值观的效果,还需要进一步优化政务微博信息传播机制、构建微传播话语体系和完善网络行政大厅公共服务体系。
The spread of the dominant values of the network is the inevitable development of the era of micro-media, but also to lead and regulate the inherent values of the mainstream requirements. Government micro-blogs use authoritativeness and rationality to highlight the dominant values and promote the blending of “world of meaning ” and “life world ” into an effective platform for the integration of “dominant” and “mainstream”. To promote the integration and interaction of dominant values and mainstream values and to enhance the effectiveness of dominant values dissemination of government micro-blogs, we need to further optimize the mechanism for disseminating information on microblogs in government affairs, construct a micro-propagation discourse system and improve the public service system of network administration lobbies.
