焊接接头冷裂纹是超高强钢应用中的关键。解决冷裂纹的途径是:1,提高焊缝性能,特别是断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀性能;2,控制扩散氢含量;3,减小拘束应力。我们研制了 D6AC 钢焊接用高韧性焊丝,焊接接头的强度(σ_b),断裂韧性(K_(IC)),及焊缝的抗应力腐蚀性 (K_(ISCC)) 与基体相等,故又名“三等”焊丝。在此基础上配合控制其他工艺条件,解决了 D6AC 钢的焊接冷裂纹问题。300毫米模拟件试验成功,证明了“三等”焊丝的应用可靠性。
Cold cracking of welded joints is the key to ultra-high strength steel applications. The way to solve the cold crack is: 1, improve the weld performance, especially the fracture toughness and stress corrosion resistance; 2, control the diffusion of hydrogen content; 3, to reduce the restraint stress. We developed a high toughness welding wire for D6AC steel welding. The strength (σ_b), fracture toughness (K_ (IC)) and stress corrosion resistance (K_ (ISCC) Third-class “wire. On this basis, with the control of other process conditions, to solve the D6AC steel cold welding problems. The success of the 300 mm simulator proved the reliability of the ”third-class" welding wire.
