Haier is the most internationalized Chinese company. This is not only because many Chinese companies are still busy in attracting investment. Haier’s corporate landscape has expanded to the United States, but also Haier’s management model and method, Haier’s corporate culture is quite international. For example, Haier’s Total Quality Management (TQC) was learned from Japan, and the kanban method was learned from Japan. The salary system that motivated employees’ morale was learned from the United States. However, these management ideas and management methods are public resources that can be rapidly copied and disseminated. These alone cannot create a company’s DNA. A company’s culture can be divided into three levels: knowledge and information, implementation capabilities, corporate “temperament ”.
