Objective To analyze the characteristics of hepatic injury in patients with acute and chronic brucellosis and compare the results of liver function tests to increase awareness of acute and chronic brucellosis and liver complications among medical staff. Methods Sixty-six patients with Brucella were enrolled. 34 patients with acute Brucella were enrolled in the observation group and 32 patients with chronic brucellosis were enrolled as the control group. The results of the liver function test were compared with the reference value The serum levels of ALP, AST, ALT, albumin, conjugated bilirubin, total bilirubin, total protein, albumin / globulin and γ-glutamyl transferase in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment Abnormal situation contrast. Results The serum ALP, AST, ALT, ALB, DBIL, TBIL, TP and γ-GT in patients with Brucella were significantly different from the reference values (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in A / G and reference values (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in ALP, AST, ALT, ALB, DBIL, TBIL, TP, γ-GT and A / G between the observation group and the control group After treatment, the GIb increased, the AIb decreased, the ALP increased, the γ-GT increased, the AST increased, the ALT increased rate compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The liver function of patients with brucellosis have different degrees of injury, and the degree of damage is relatively mild. The severity of liver function impairment in patients with acute Brucella is not significantly different from that of patients with chronic brucellosis. After treatment, After the various indicators can be basically restored to normal levels.
