经我们维修和保养的交流发电机每年数量不下百余只,而损坏较为严重的机件多为发电机的定手线圈,其故障率高达90%左右,究其原因,认为有以下几种情况: 一是使用人员对交流发电机认识不够,总感觉比直流发电机“娇气”,在发电机出现不充电、充电电流小或充电不稳时,不能及时找出故障的原回予以排除,而是盲目地调整发电机皮带的紧度,此时充电量稍有好转,但其皮带紧度远远超过标准量,使发电机旋转平面严重错位。
