目的:探讨超声连续顺序追踪检测胎儿肢体在诊断胎儿肢体畸形中的价值。方法:对1348例胎儿行彩色多普勒超声连续顺序追踪检测的准确性进行观察。结果:1348例中1214例(90.1%)获得满意的胎儿四肢切面图像。产前检出胎儿肢体畸形7例,漏诊1例。结论:超声连续顺序追踪检测是显示胎儿肢体结构与诊断胎儿肢体畸形的重要影像学诊断方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of continuous sequential ultrasound guided fetal limb examination in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods: The accuracy of continuous sequential color Doppler sonography tracking of 1348 fetuses was observed. Results: In 1348 cases, 1214 cases (90.1%) obtained a satisfactory image of fetal limbs. Prenatal detected fetal limb deformity in 7 cases, 1 case of missed diagnosis. CONCLUSION: Ultrasound continuous sequential tracing test is an important imaging diagnostic method to show the fetal limb structure and diagnose fetal limb deformity.
