我厂是专业铸造厂,铸造工艺多样,使用的炉子种类、型号、台数均很多,年用电1200多万度,占全厂总耗电量的70—75%。因此,在满足工艺要求的前提下,电阻炉的节电问题就显得特别重要。根据我厂的具体情况,我们在选择合理的炉衬材料.改进炉衬结构和炉子操作等方面,做了一些初步尝试。一、改进炉衬结构,夹砌陶瓷纤维板近年来,利用陶瓷纤维材料改炉节能的甚多,我厂八○年就开始了这方面的试验。八一年至八二年间,我们利用大修机会,在轻质粘土砖和矽藻土砖之间夹砌陶瓷纤维板,改了十多台炉子,并进行了较全面的热工测量。1.金型予热箱式炉
