窒息是新生儿最常见的临床症状,也是新生儿的主要死亡原因,窒息时缺氧缺血可导致脑、心、肝、肾等多个系统器官损害。新生儿窒息后可使心肌细胞能量代谢发生障碍,ATP耗竭,导致心肌损害[1]。我们对2008年5月至2011年11月在我院出生的窒息新生儿54例和非窒息、非早产儿36例进行心肌酶谱的检测,以了解新生儿窒息后心肌酶活性变化情况,探讨临床意义,报告如下。
