近日,浙江省科技厅在淳安召开了全省国际科技合作会议,此次会议是在国际金融危机中复苏的“后危机时代”、浙江经济转型升级的关键时期召开的一次重要会议,会上分析了当前我省国际科技合作的形势,讨论了《浙江省国际科技合作专项项目管理办法》、《浙江省国际科技合作基地管理办法》、《设立并购海外研发机构以奖代补实施办法》,标志着我省国际合作工作迈入新台阶。
