目的为保障特殊环境下人员饮水安全,对台风“海燕”过后中国海军医疗救援队驻地-菲律宾莱特省立医院自来水水质状况进行监测。方法利用中卫牌SL-12型水质理化快速检测箱对水质进行检测,并依据GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》对检测结果进行分析。结果中国海军医疗救援队驻地自来水中铅的含量严重超标,且不同时间铅的含量变化较大,但均超出生活饮用水标准限值,其余理化和微生物学指标均符合生活饮用水卫生要求。结论莱特省立医院自来水中铅含量过高,长期饮用将对人体健康产生较大影响,鉴于该院供水系统与莱特省、塔克洛班市及周边省市为同一管线,建议菲方政府对生活饮用水的水源、供水管道进行排查,并提出相应的改进措施,以确保灾民的饮水安全。
Objective To monitor the drinking water safety of personnel under special circumstances and to monitor the tap water quality of Wratt Provincial Hospital of China, the station of China Navy Medical Assistance Team after Typhoon Haiyan. Methods The Zhongwei SL-12 water quality physicochemical rapid test box was used to test the water quality, and the test results were analyzed according to the standard of drinking water GB 5749-2006. Results The lead content in tap water of the Chinese Navy Medical Assistance Team was seriously exceeded, and the content of lead varied greatly at different times. However, both exceeded the standard limits of drinking water, and the other physical, chemical and microbiological indicators were in line with the drinking water hygiene requirements. Conclusion Wright Provincial Hospital tap water lead content is too high, long-term consumption will have a greater impact on human health, in view of the hospital water supply system and Wright, Tacloban City and neighboring provinces and cities for the same pipeline, the proposed government Drinking water sources, water supply pipelines for investigation, and propose appropriate improvements to ensure that victims of drinking water safety.
