本文从界定检察公信力的内涵入手,将对检察公信力的研究从外部公众扩展到检察机关内部。借鉴顾客满意度模型分析(ACSI)提出检察公信力测评模型,将公众期望、行为表征、公众感知、公众满意、公众反馈作为研究变量,并提出提升检察公信力应加强执法公信力建设、检察队伍建设、检察品牌建设。
This article begins with defining the connotation of procuratorial credibility and expands the research on the credibility of procuratorial work from the public to the inside of the procuratorial organ. Using the Model of Customer Satisfaction Analysis (ACSI) to put forward the evaluation model of procuratorial credibility, taking public expectation, behavioral characterization, public perception, public satisfaction and public feedback as research variables, and raising the public trust of procuratorial work, we should strengthen the construction of public confidence in law enforcement, procuratorial team building, procuratorial work Brand Building.
