针对摩擦材料无石棉化的发展趋势,以改性酚醛树脂及丁腈橡胶粉末为基体树脂粘结剂,芳纶浆粕为增强纤维制得摩擦材料。利用D-MS摩擦试验机研究了芳纶浆粕增强摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:摩擦材料的摩擦系数随着芳纶浆粕含量的增加而增加,磨损率随着芳纶浆粕含量的增加而减小,芳纶浆粕的质量分数不宜超过5%。SEM分析表明,其摩擦磨损机理也与芳纶浆粕含量密切相关。
In view of the development trend of asbestos-free friction materials, modified phenolic resin and nitrile rubber powder are used as matrix resin binders, and aramid pulp is used as a friction material for reinforcing fibers. The friction and wear properties of aramid pulp reinforced friction materials were studied by D-MS friction tester. The results show that the friction coefficient of friction material increases with the increase of the content of aramid pulp, the wear rate decreases with the increase of aramid pulp content, and the mass fraction of aramid pulp should not exceed 5%. SEM analysis shows that the friction and wear mechanism is also closely related to the content of aramid pulp.
