采用煎煮法对茯苓中铁、镁、铜、锌、铝等24种微量元素进行提取,水煎液经0.45μm的微孔滤膜过滤后分为悬浮态和可溶态,对可溶态中的有机态和无机态采用LSA-10大孔树脂进行分离;采用正辛醇-水分配体系,用萃取法对其水煎液在模拟人体胃(p H=1.3)和肠(p H=7.6)环境条件下,将微量元素分离为醇溶态和水溶态,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对各种形态的微量元素进行含量测定,研究结果显示,方法回收率在76.7%~115.7%之间,精密度RSD为3.5%~7.8%。结果显示各微量元素的溶出率在18.5%~95.5%之间,可溶态在水中的比率在33.6%~99.9%之间,微量元素主要以无机态和水溶态的形式存在。微量元素的形态分析结果为茯苓的综合研究有重要的实际意义。
24 kinds of trace elements such as iron, magnesium, copper, zinc and aluminum in Poria cocos were extracted by decocting method. The decoction was filtered through 0.45μm microporous membrane and then was separated into suspended state and soluble state. (P H = 1.3) and intestine (p H = 7.6) were prepared by the extraction method using the n-octanol-water partitioning system. ) Under the environmental conditions, the trace elements were separated into alcohol-soluble and water-soluble, and the content of trace elements in various forms was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the recoveries were between 76.7% and 115.7% , RSD precision of 3.5% to 7.8%. The results showed that the dissolution rates of trace elements ranged from 18.5% to 95.5% and the ratios of soluble to water ranged from 33.6% to 99.9%. The trace elements mainly existed in inorganic and water-soluble forms. The results of the morphological analysis of trace elements for the comprehensive study of Poria have important practical significance.
