当前有相当一批学校的领导和教师,把补缺补差,延长教学时间,增加作业量,作为提高教学质量的主要手段,其结果形成了恶性循环:补课多、练习量大、教材不能消化、理解、掌握——教学质量不高。当然,适量作业,有针对性的补缺补差也是必要的,但不能作为提高教学质量的主要手段。我认为教学质量的提高环节很多,而关键是提高课堂教学质量,并辅之以丰富多彩的课外活动,使学生在愉快中学习,提高教学质量才不致成为一句空话。
