当前,我省和全国各地一样,在全国农业学大寨会议发出“全党动员,大办农业,为普及大寨县而奋斗”的战斗号令的号召下,农业学大寨运动的新高潮已经掀起,有如翻江倒海,汹涌澎湃,形势大好,形势逼人。随着运动的迅猛发展,县、社、大队、生产队四级农业科学实验网必将进一步健全和巩固,一个以落实农业“八字宪法”,实行科学种田为内容的群众性科学实验运动,也势必波澜壮阔地开展。为此,积极培训农村基层科技力量,普及农业科学实验的基础知识,很有必要。根据形势的发展和广大读者的要求,本刊从一九七六年一期始,增设“农业科技基础知识讲座”栏,针对农村基层开展科研活动的实际需要,逐期刊登有关科研基础知识的文章。由于我们的水平所限,缺点在所难免,不一定能满足读者的要求,请读者多提意见。
