结晶器振动装置运行的好坏对实现多炉连浇和减少断流次数相当关键。我二炼分厂1989年投产的连铸机是4机4流仿德马克型。其振动装置每月因故障造成停振和影响连浇的次数平均达18次,单机在线寿命只一月余,最长的两个月。主要原因是安全联轴器预紧力调整不当造成误动作;漏钢粘在振动台架下顶住基础;捞渣球、杂物卡在振动台之间和支撑台架产生偏振和结晶器摆动漏钢;冲击负荷、过负载、润滑失效造成机件损坏等。
