一个人学会发呆,对个人健康和快乐人生是有意义的。有些人将休息当作发呆,没有了发呆的环境;有些人将游玩当作发呆,荒废了调整的机遇,有些人将宅在家当作发呆,失去调控变成了毛病。发呆,其实是有心理学定义与意义的一种心态,是人体大脑的一种应激或者调节反应的形式。发呆主要有两种形式:一种是对突发事件没有准备,表现为发愣、空白、没有及时反应;另外一种是自己创造的境遇,让自己大脑腾空、休闲,短暂不思考应对社会事
A person who learns to be in a daze makes sense for personal health and happy life.
