集成电路设计与集成系统本科专业是教育部根据国务院《鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策》的文件精神,为适应我国信息产业的发展需求而最新设立的电子信息类专业。由于该专业是一个多学科交叉、高技术密集的新兴专业,而且专业开设时间短、积累的经验少,因此如何合理、有效地设置课程体系成为本专业学科建设的重点和难点问题。本文对集成电路设计与集成系统本科专业的课程体系进行了研究,并提出了一种设置方案,该方案具有系统性、完备性、交叉性、先进性和实用性,将为集成电路设计与集成系统本科专业的人才培养奠定良好的基础。
The undergraduate major of Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System is the latest electronic information specialty set up by the Ministry of Education according to the State Council’s documentary policy of “Encouraging the Development of Software Industry and Integrated Circuit Industry” and to meet the development needs of China’s information industry. As this specialty is a new specialty with many disciplines and high technology intensive, and it has a short time of professional establishment and little accumulated experience, how to set up the curriculum system reasonably and effectively has become the key and difficult issue in the discipline construction. In this paper, the undergraduate course system of integrated circuit design and integration system is researched, and a setting scheme is proposed. The scheme is systematic, complete, cross-cutting, advanced and practical, and will be an integrated circuit design and integration System undergraduate professional personnel to lay a good foundation for training.
