针对现有电压偏差监测方法中采用基于平均整流值计算的电压偏差有效值方法的现状,以提高在线监测电压偏差准确度为目的,提出了一种与传统方法不同的采用基于热效应原理的电压偏差有效值计算方法。该方法基于热效应做功机理,利用单位周期内采样点所做功进行叠加运算,描绘出电压变化曲线,以实现对电力系统电压偏差的有效监控。通过分析推导计算方法,给出其计算方法流程图,并在自主研发的控制策略平台上绘制实时监测电压偏差曲线。所得的分析结果与现行方法的比较结果表明,基于热效应原理的电压偏差有效值计算方法能够更加准确地反映电压波动程度,描述电力系统电压偏差数字特性,对于分析电力系统电能质量问题提供有效的手段及依据。
