目的了解江西省农村老年人伤害流行病学特点,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对2009-2013年期间,就诊于江西省农村地区3家伤害监测哨点医院老年伤害病例资料进行描述性分析。结果共报告老年伤害病例6 011例,男女性别比1.23∶1,伤害发生年龄组以60~和65岁~组最多,占62.15%,老年人伤害发生原因主要是跌倒/坠落伤(69.32%)和交通伤(13.12%),以意外伤害为主(97.52%),多发生在休闲、家务、有偿工作、驾乘交通(96.84%),多为轻度(65.90%)和中度(32.10%)。结论跌倒/坠落伤和交通伤是农村老年人伤害的主要原因,应从意识与行为、安全监护、营养膳食、公共设施、科学锻炼、心理疏导、预防宣传等方面采取综合防控措施。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among the elderly in rural areas of Jiangxi Province and provide the basis for making interventions. Methods A descriptive analysis of the data of elderly injuries from three hospitals in Jiangxi Province during the period from 2009 to 2013 was conducted. Results A total of 6 011 cases of elderly injuries were reported, with a male / female ratio of 1.23: 1. Injuries occurred in groups of 60 to 65 years old, accounting for 62.15%. The causes of injuries in the elderly were mainly falls and falls (69.32%), And traffic injuries (13.12%), with accidental injuries as the mainstay (97.52%). Most of them occurred in leisure, housework and paid work, traveling by car was 96.84%, mostly mild (65.90%) and moderate (32.10% ). Conclusions Fall / fall injuries and traffic injuries are the main causes of injuries among the elderly in rural areas. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken from such aspects as awareness and behavior, safety supervision, nutrition and diet, public facilities, scientific training, psychological counseling and prevention and publicity.
