这些年不断有国内朋友来信问我是怎样养生保健到95岁高龄的,要我为之介绍,因此,我就以这个提问,作为本文的题目。2000年11月我已满94岁,今年是95岁的开始,许多人看了我的行动,以及健康情况,都说我至多80岁左右,没有人会说我是95岁的高龄老人,当然,我也希望如此。关于上述提问,从我的生活过程中,也许可以找到一些有关养生的要点。我目前的生活,甚为简单,早上6点半前一定起床,晚上11点前一定睡觉。每天起床洗漱后,出去散步约半小时,回来后再用餐。早餐后略作休息,阅读书报或写信等。如有友人相约,外出午餐,否则在家自己煮午餐,餐
Over the years, there are many domestic friends who have asked me how I can make good health care to the age of 95 and asked me to introduce them. Therefore, I would like to ask this question as the title of this essay. I was over 94 years old in November 2000 and I am 95 years old this year. Many people read my actions and their health conditions. They said that I am at least about 80 years old. No one will say that I am a 95-year-old senior. Of course ,I hope so too. On the above question, from my life process, may be able to find some health tips. My current life is very simple, must get up before 6:30 in the morning, must go to bed before 11 o’clock in the evening. Get up and wash every day, go for a walk about half an hour, come back and then eat. Take a rest after breakfast, read a newspaper or write a letter.
