社区是国家与社会的接口。社区居民委员会,是我国城市基层的群众性自治组织,它不是政府,也不是政府的派出机关,但它与政府的关系是血肉相连、鱼水不可分的。基层的各种经济组织、社会组织越来越多,这是社会有活力的表现。但是,居民委员会的地位和作用是任何经济组织和社会组织都取代不了的,国家离不开居民委员会,居民委员会离不开国家。
Community is the interface between country and society. Community Residents Committee is a mass autonomous organization at the grassroots level in urban areas of our country. It is neither a government nor a government organ, but its relationship with the government is flesh and blood and inseparable. All kinds of economic organizations and social organizations at the grassroots level are more and more numerous. This is a manifestation of social vitality. However, the status and role of neighborhood committees can not be replaced by any economic organization or social organization. The country can not do without the residents committees and the residents committees can not live without the country.
