Dewey once said: “Education is the transformation or reorganization of experience.” It is not hard to see that experience is the basic building block of all curricula and their teaching processes. There is no doubt about the importance of the accumulation of basic activities for the purpose of math learning. However, in practical teaching, some teachers think that students must be able to acquire mathematical experience whenever they participate in math activities. It seems that mathematical activity experience is inherent in the teaching process and is a derivative and collateral of knowledge and skills. In reality, it is by no means a photocopy or overlay of the learning process. The acquisition of basic activities experience also requires elaborate design and effective guidance in teaching.
